  • Site changes together with our dev team
  • Client reporting and updates in Slack

What we look for

  • 5+ years in digital PR, link building or outreach
  • An existing network of SaaS and tech publishers
  • Judgment on site quality: no PBNs, no link farms

  • Organized, owns a pipeline

  • Run each client's Slack channel and weekly updates
  • Turn data into monthly reports clients actually read
  • Run kickoffs and monthly reviews
  • Spot risks early and keep forecasts on track
  • Handle approvals so site changes ship fast

What we look for

  • 4+ years in client success or account management at an agency or B2B SaaS
  • Understanding of SEO and marketing metrics
  • Clear, calm writing
  • Comfortable with Slack, dashboards and AI tools
